Yesterday, I went to the Missouri Botanical Garden for the amazing Lemony-Delicious Cooking Class. I was surprised to see the garden with the magic lights for the extraordinary Garden Glow event that starts on November 22nd.

I had so much fun with the Chef Diana Smith and the wonderful “students”. She prepared so many delicious plates with lemon: Meyer lemon roasted carrots and parsnips, lemon poppy seed buttermilk pancakes, lemon semifreddo with raspberry sauce, luscious olive oil lemon cake, and more.
